To start this meditation, find a quiet place where you will not be bothered, preferably dark with a small table. Take a silver or white candle, and a small mirror, and place it on the table so that the mirror reflects more of the candle than the flame. If you have soft music that relaxes you, you may play it as well. Sit comfortably in front of the table and glaze at the reflected candle in the mirror. Breath deeply, and clear your mind. Imagine that you are walking down the length of the candle, as if it is a beam of light that connects the mirror to the moon, As you walk, you feel your concerns and fears dropping away, leaving you light and weightless. As you approach the moon, the light raditating towards you filles you with love Listen to the quiet, or the music if you have it on, as you float in the radiance of the Moon. Stay as long as you like. When you are ready, return to yourself by walking back along the beam of lights. As you walk, gather your thoughts, and notice that they are lighter and more positive. Return to yourself completely, and breath deeply. Extinguish the flame, and ground yourself, then put your items away.
